Click Start > All Programs > Bentley > ConstructSim CONNECT Edition > ConstructSim Executive CONNECT Edition to launch ConstructSim Executive.
The Open dialog box displays.
Navigate to your project's VEM file (C:\ConstructSimData\Projects\YourProjectName\Workflow\YourProjectName.vem) and click Open.
The project opens in ConstructSim Executive.
